Please visit the Spot Insurance website and follow the steps listed to request a refund of your pass. This must be completed before January 15, 2027 at 11:59pm MST. Please remember that pass holders who have not scanned their pass by January 15, 2027 can choose to get 100% refund. A single scan on your Ikon Pass by January 15, 2027 is eligible for a 50% refund, and two or more scans on your Ikon Pass by January 15, 2027 is not eligible for a refund.
