Share up to 12 Friends & Family discount lift tickets at 25% off the window rate. Friends & Family discounts are valid at all resorts excluding Zermatt, Kitzbühel, Dolomiti Superski, Arai Mountain Resort, Grandvalira Resorts, Chamonix Mont-Blanc Valley, Megève Ski Area, Ischgl, Le Massif, Shiga Kogen, Yunding, Mt.T, Valle d'Aosta, St Moritz, Mona YongPyong, Megève Ski Area, Myoko Suginhara Ski Resort, Appi Resort, Zao Onsen Ski Resort, Furano Ski Resort, and Nekoma Mountain on the Ikon Pass and Ikon Base Pass.

Redeeming Friends & Family Discounts

Once you've claimed your discount via email, follow these steps at least 24 hours before date of use to redeem your discount online.

  • Login

    Login to My Account and click the link for your available discounts.

  • Redeem

    Click “redeem now” on the discount you want to use.

  • Choose

    Select the date you plan to ski and the destination where you want to redeem your discount. Lift ticket options will appear with your discount applied. After your purchase, you will receive an email with instructions on what to do upon arrival.

Learn more about the Friends &
Family discount

The Ikon Pass comes with 12 Friends & Family discounts and the Ikon Base Pass comes with 8 Friends & Family discounts. Not eligible for the child Pass, 4 & Under Pass, or Ikon Session Pass. Each Friends & Family discount provides 25% off the single lift ticket prices posted for the day the discount is used to ski or ride at an eligible Ikon Pass destination. Friends and family tickets must be purchased at least 24 hours in advance. Blackout dates apply and correspond to the pass holder’s blackout days. Friends & Family discounts are valid for use at all Ikon Pass destinations, except Le Massif de Charlevoix, Chamonix Mont Blanc Valley, Megève Ski Area, Zermatt, St. Moritz, Dolomiti Superski, Valle d'Aosta, Kitzbühel, Ischgl, Grandvalira Andorra Resorts, Arai Mountain Resort, Shiga Kogen Mountain Resort, Mt.T, Myoko Suginohara, APPI Resort, Furano Ski Resort, NEKOMA Mountain, Zao Onsen Ski Resort, Yunding Snow Park, and Mona Yongpyong. Friends & Family discounts may not be used by the Ikon Pass holder for additional days on an Ikon Pass or Ikon Base Pass.

All participating Ikon Pass destinations do not require the pass holder to be present.

Friends & Family discounts are valid for use at all Ikon Pass destinations, except Le Massif de Charlevoix, Chamonix Mont Blanc Valley, Zermatt, Valle d'Aosta, St. Moritz, Dolomiti Superski, Kitzbühel, Ischgl, Grandvalira Andorra Resorts, and Arai Mountain Resort.

If a discount has been accepted and needs to be returned, the recipient can do so through the link in the email that included their discount. Alternatively, the pass holder can contact the Ikon Pass Contact Center at 888-365-IKON to have the discount returned to their account.

Young Adult passes are eligible for benefits, but Child Passes and 4 & Under Passes are not eligible for benefits. Friends & Family discounts do not roll over season to season.
