To redeem a Friends & Family discount, go to MyAccount and click the link for your available discounts. Then click “redeem now” on the discount you want to use and select the destination where you want to redeem your discount. Friends & Family online redemption must be purchased at least 24 hours in advance. At this time, discounts cannot be redeemed in the Ikon Pass app.
A number of destinations only allow redemption on site on the day of your visit. See Do I redeem my Friends & Family online or at the destination? for the list.
