Do I need ski insurance in Italy?

Yes. All skiers and riders at any resort in Italy, including Dolomiti Superski and Valle d’Aosta, must hold third-party liability insurance for each day on the mountain. You may buy it at lift ticket windows throughout Dolomiti Superski and Valle d’Aosta or in advance online. Ski helmets are mandatory for everyone, regardless of age.
